Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy AutopartsZone.ca is owned and operated by Lindsay Buick GMC, located at 150 Angeline St. N., Lindsay, Ontario, K9V 4N1. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping times and costs vary based on the selected shipping method, destination, and item availability.

  • In Stock Orders: Orders for in-stock items ship within 24 hours.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Manufacturer Orders: If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.

  • Shipping Timeframes: Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.

  • Oversized Shipments: Oversized shipments will incur additional charges; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.

  • Transit Times: We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversized orders.

  • Shipping Carrier Substitutions: Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping costs to the customer.

  • International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

  • Backorders & Discontinued Items: In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.

  • COD Orders: We do not ship COD orders.
